Bill Ernst, President

Bill is 50% owner and President of Higher Standards, Inc. He became part owner in July, 2004, and took an active role in the day-to-day with the company in March, 2005. Before joining Higher Standards, John spent 20 years in the residential mortgage industry, where he was founder and President of Minnesota Home Mortgage, Inc. Randy Wojta, Chief Operating Officer

Randy joined Higher Standards, Inc. in 2009 as the company’s National Sales Director. Prior to that, Randy owned several traditional businesses, as well as a consulting business that specialized in developing national sales organizations for the direct sales industry. Randy has built multiple national and international sales organizations with independent representatives numbering in the tens of thousands. Read more.

Scott has over 20 years of experience in merchant service and mobile marketing, with 14 years dedicated to corporate and commercial banking clients. At Higher Standards he provides financial and marketing solutions to small business, middle market, and large corporate clients, including retail, restaurant, B2B, government, and non-profit organizations.
