We know that many businesses are being adversely affected by the novel coronavirus, also known as COVID-19. Restaurants, travel agencies, and entertainment venues have been particularly hard hit as customers stay home in response to government recommendations on social distancing. We sympathize with any business so affected, as well as with any individuals suffering from the virus.
We want to assure you that Higher Standards is available during normal business hours to assist with any issues you may have, normal or otherwise. For the time being, at least, it’s business as usual for those of us in the Higher Standards office; we remain fully staffed and open for business, as does our processing partner, First Data.
